Mission

Our laboratory conducts large scale molecular epidemiology studies to investigate environmental programming and mechanisms of human disease. We use state-of-the-art technologies to identify disease mechanisms or biomarkers of disease. The high dimensional data generated by our lab are handled through advanced approaches in biostatistics and bioinformatics to unravel the complex relationships between environment and health. Through a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach, we apply advanced genomic, epigenomic, transcriptomic, epitranscriptomic, metabolomic, and proteomic techniques applied to population studies of reproductive health, early life development, and aging.
