Xin Ma

  • Assistant Professor of Biostatistics at CUMC
Profile Headshot

Overview

Dr. Ma's research focuses on developing novel statistical and machine-learning methods for high-dimensional data involving complex structures and spatial and temporal correlations. Applications are centered around medical imaging modalities like MRI, fMRI, DTI, PET, and 2D/3D mammography. Other research interests include functional/object data analysis, latent class analysis, measure error modeling, and network data analysis. Dr. Ma is affiliated with the Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center Biostatistics Shared Resource and is currently a member of the clinical trial Protocol Review and Monitoring Committee.
