Community Advisory Board Members

Formed by a diverse group of leaders from the Washington Heights, Inwood, and Harlem Community, CHEC’s Community Advisory Board (CAB) provides expert advice and feedback necessary to the development and implementation of the Community Health Collaborative at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. The CAB ensures that diverse needs and perspectives of the community are integrated into new initiatives and programs implemented by the Collaborative. In addition, they provide support to and raise awareness about the community-facing initiatives of the Collaborative and the School, to facilitate equitable integration of community needs and collaborators. CHEC CAB holds regular bimonthly meetings during the calendar year.
