Academic Programs

As we strive to achieve a fully inclusive school and public health profession, we recognize that some groups have historically been disenfranchised and underrepresented in academic institutions and public health. Our academic programs are designed to provide mentoring and fellowships for current Columbia Mailman School students who are from underrepresented backgrounds (including first-generation students) and their allies, and to create a pathway to the public health profession for undergraduate and high-school students.
