August 19 - August 22	Tuesday - Friday	Registration 2 for Fall 2025 courses (continuing students) Continuing Students must be registered for at least one course prior to the first day of each semester or be charged a late registration fee
August 22	Friday	International Student Orientation (for those students studying in the United States for the first time)
August 25 - August 27	Monday - Wednesday	New Student Orientation
August 26 - August 29	Tuesday - Friday	Registration for Fall 2025 (new students) New Students must be registered for at least one course prior to the first day of each semester or be charged a late registration fee
September 1	Monday	NO CLASSES – Labor Day
September 2	Tuesday	Fall semester begins (Full semester and 1st quarter courses) First meeting of Full Term and 1st quarter Monday courses is Mon, September 8 Change of Program Period OPENS Add/drop courses via SSOL
September 12	Friday	Change of Program Period CLOSES Last day to add/drop courses via SSOL Last day to fully withdraw from semester with 100% tuition refund
September 19	Friday	Deadline to make changes to 1st quarter courses Last day to drop without UW grade Last day to change grading option
October 3	Friday	Deadline to make changes to full semester courses Last day to drop without UW grade Last day to change grading option
October 13	Monday	Deadline to reconcile Summer 2025 Incomplete Notations (INs)
