Where do I apply?

After reviewing the application components and FAQ, complete your application online through SOPHAS (Schools of Public Health Application Service). NOTICE that in SOPHAS this program appears as MS Executive in Epidemiology.

What materials must I submit with my application?

As early as possible, review and assemble the following application materials:

  • Letters of recommendation
  • Personal statement that includes experience and/or training related to quantitative ability
  • CV or resume
  • Transcripts (Domestic and English Canada)
  • No GRE Required

International Students need to submit the following extra materials:

  • Proof of English proficiency (TOEFL or IELTS)
  • Official transcript translation and evaluation (WES course-by-course evaluation)
