Together, the departments at the Columbia Mailman School of Public Health will compete to achieve the highest average step count by the end of the challenge. This is a great opportunity to boost our physical activity, enjoy some friendly competition, win prizes, and earn bragging rights.
Challenge Goal
Aim for 7,000 steps daily to contribute to your department’s average total step count. You will also be able to compete individually to win prizes for categories such as “Challenge MVP,” “Chat Cheerleader,” and more.
