Former New York Times columnist and bestselling author Mark Bittman, lecturer and special advisor for Food Policy at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, is hosting a lecture series on the food justice movement, connecting the dots between the food system, public health, and health policy. Guest speakers—food experts, labor advocates, and environmental activists—will explore the impact of health disparities, nutrition, and climate change on our food security and supply.
