Our Programs

The Department of Biostatistics, with the capacity to measure, monitor, and analyze complex data, is a force in population sciences, from genetics to precision medicine, from brain science to clinical trials. Biostatisticians often have an interest in math and data interpretation, extracting meaning from big data to lead us to quantifiable evidence used by all public health disciplines.   

The Department of Biostatistics has a total of nine education programs to fit many kinds of professionals, researchers, and current students.

 

Doctoral Programs:

Our Doctoral Programs represent the premiere education in enhancing your skills as a researcher or clinician. Our modernized curriculum emphasizes well-rounded training in theory, methods, and computing at the same time as students are immersed in the CUIMC medical campus providing opportunity for real-world, hands-on experience with the cutting edge of medicine. Masters Programs:

Our Masters Programs provide a diverse set of skills to students in a variety of fields and career trajectories. From our newest track of Public Health Data Science that offers students the chance to learn deeply on topics such as machine learning to our Clinical Research Methods that offers clinicians a path to enhance their research ability, each Masters program track provides a modern curriculum that is kept up to date with industry and research trends.
